Dr. Olga Stevko’s unique methodology integrates applied neuroscience, her medical background, the language patterns of Milton Erickson, MD, and advanced Neuro-Linguistic Programming. By combining these disciplines, she is able to identify and transform unconscious programs that contribute to a wide range of personal challenges. Her approach is highly effective, often leading to substantial and long-lasting improvements in her clients’ health, relationships, performance, and overall emotional well-being.

Unconscious programs often originate from transgenerational and childhood trauma. These early or inherited experiences can shape a person’s perception, emotions, thoughts, reactions, and behaviors throughout life.

An imprint is an instant sensory and cognitive learning response that occurs during a stressful or traumatic event in order to survive or adapt. During an imprint, the nervous system rapidly assesses the environment and encodes information that later influences automatic reactions—even when a person is not consciously aware of the original event.

Emerging research suggests that information from traumatic or stressful experiences may be encoded in small RNA molecules produced by the nervous system during these moments. Some studies indicate that these molecular markers can be passed through multiple generations, meaning that both individuals and their descendants may exhibit similar stress responses when exposed to triggers reminiscent of the original imprint.

These unconscious programs create patterns that can affect nearly every area of life, including physical health, emotional regulation, communication, and professional performance. They influence the body’s autonomic responses, shaping how a person reacts under pressure and contributing to various physiological, mental, and emotional conditions—from anxiety and insomnia to chronic stress, communication difficulties, and even premature aging.

During her sessions, Dr. Stevko assesses subtle indicators such as facial micro-expressions, posture, voice qualities, language patterns, and automatic drawings. These observations help her identify the specific unconscious program that needs transformation.

She then guides clients through a structured, multistep process designed to shift these programs at the unconscious level. Importantly, this process does not require clients to recall or relive past memories. Instead, it works directly with the nervous system to change automatic responses that previously triggered fight, flight, or freeze reactions.
